What we collect
Through our partnership and sample request forms we collect business contact data: company name, name, job title, business email, phone, country, retail channel, network information, products of interest, sample delivery address and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to your commercial enquiry, verify sample requests and prepare offers (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest), and on the basis of the consent given in the form.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the business relationship or as required by applicable law.
Recipients
Data may be shared with the manufacturer TARGET S.r.l. (Italy) where needed for an offer, samples or private-label enquiries, and with our hosting and infrastructure providers under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
